With trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM, email and text messaging, payment, scheduling and analytics providers, who are required to protect it
Within Mongoose Films LLC and its brands, for operational purposes

Text messaging: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Text messages (SMS)

We only send text messages to people who have opted in, for example by checking the consent box on our proposal form or booking form. We may send non-marketing messages about your inquiry, quote and scheduling, and, if you separately opt in, marketing messages such as offers and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us.

Data security and retention

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, and keep it only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.

Your rights and choices

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Services and proposals

Mongoose AV provides audio visual equipment, technical crew, live streaming, lighting, staging and event production services.
Proposals and quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if event details change.
Final scope, pricing, schedule, cancellation terms and equipment responsibilities are set out in your signed agreement or approved quote, which takes precedence over this page.
Event dates and schedules can be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as venue changes, weather or travel disruptions.

Payments

Services require payment or a signed agreement specifying payment terms before your event.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the terms in your agreement.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of services.

Photos, video and content

We may photograph or record our setups and productions to show our work, and may use those images in our portfolio and marketing unless your agreement says otherwise. Recordings and content we produce remain the property of Mongoose Films LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for having the rights to any music, video, logos or other third-party content you ask us to play, display or stream.

Liability

We take every reasonable measure to deliver a reliable, high-quality production, but we are not liable for issues outside our control, such as venue power or internet failures, or third-party platform outages. We do not guarantee specific attendance, engagement or business results.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. We may update this page at any time, and the date above shows the latest version. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
