For Case Systems we produced a product launch at Saint John’s: the stage, lighting and audio in the room, a live stream for people who couldn’t attend, and custom video for the reveal.
What we ran: Launch staging, live stream and custom video.
Saint John’s Resort is a historic resort and conference venue in Plymouth Township, set on a former seminary campus with ballrooms, meeting rooms and outdoor spaces. It hosts corporate meetings, launches, galas and weddings for metro Detroit and Ann Arbor.
Planning AV at Saint John’s
What we tell planners before an event here. Venue rules change, so we confirm the details for your date.
01
Compare the in-house AV quote
Resorts usually have an in-house AV partner, and you can often bring your own. Send us their quote and we’ll show you the same show priced with us.
02
Ask about patch and power fees
Some venues charge outside AV for tying into house sound or extra power. We find out up front and put it in our quote, so nothing surprises you.
03
Stream from a wired line
For a hybrid launch or meeting, ask for a hardwired internet drop in the room. We test it on site before doors.
04
Use the space for the reveal
Ballroom drape, lighting and a proper stage make a launch feel like an event. We design the room, not just the screen.

Usually, yes. Resorts typically have a preferred in-house AV partner, but outside vendors are commonly allowed, sometimes with patch or power fees. We confirm the policy for your event and include any fees in our quote.
